Return Time Range
If you need to return an item purchased on our website, you can return it to the address our customer service provides to you, within 30 days from the delivery confirmation date of your order.
Customer return is free of charge under these circumstances:
- Item is damaged or faulty due to our fault
- The delivery time is longer than we promise
The item should be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered by the customer.
If you want to return an item under other circumstances, you will need to pay
delivery fees for both shipments to and from you.
In order to provide more convenient services to our customers, we have set up multiple warehouses worldwide, if you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service at [email protected] and asking for a suitable warehouse address for you to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue the refund by the original payment method of the order. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement, due to different banking institution policies.
If you would like to exchange a purchased item, you need to send a request to our customer service at [email protected] within 30 days from the delivery confirmation date of your order and need to send the original item back with 7 days after the exchange request is granted.
You may need to pay delivery fees for both shipments to and from you.
- Only 1 exchange request can be done at a time for the same order.
- Exchange request may not be granted if the purchased item is no longer available
- Undergarments may not be returned or exchanged
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns or exchanges activities from you, we
might have to decline any further requests from you. In these circumstances, if you return purchases items to our warehouse, you won’t get refund or exchange items, and we will not cover any loss you may have.
